                                       BOARD VICE-PRESIDENT DUTIES (POLICY)

     Vice-President

     The executive Vice President shall preside over the Board of Trustees when the President is not present, and
     he/she shall act on the behalf of the President when he/she is not available. The Executive Vice-President
     shall succeed to the President of the Board of Trustees if the President resigns or leaves his office.
