36-000 BOT 12-16-06 MANUAL MAINTENANCE (POLICY) Cross-reference: 23-008-1 Policy Dissemination (Procedure) Oglala Lakota College is moving toward electronic maintenance of its Policy and Procedure Manual. The President and his/her Administrative Assistant will have the ongoing responsibility to assure that an up-to-date version of the OLC Policy and Procedure Manual is maintained on the College’s official web site. All College employees are encouraged to consult the electronic version of the Manual for relevant policies and procedures regarding College operations. In case of questions regarding which version of a policy and/or procedure is the more up-to-date one, the minutes of the Board of Trustees will be consulted for clarification.
