                                               PURCHASING (POLICY)

     Contractual/Consulting Services

     Contracted services of $10,000 or less can be approved by the President.  Contracted services greater than
     $10,000 require Board approval.

     Indian Preference

     In furtherance of the Indian Self-determination and Educational Assistance Act, the college will maintain a
     positive effort to utilize Indian organizations and economic enterprises in the awarding of any contracts or
     subcontracts.
