                                           EMPLOYEE PROTECTION (POLICY)

     A.  Employee Protection

         1.  The Board of Trustees will supply, upon request from the President, adequate legal counsel for the
             defense of college employees who are called into court or for administrative hearings as a result of
             enforcing the provisions of Board policy.
