                                        PROFESSIONAL ASSOCIATIONS (POLICY)

     A.  Professional Associations

         1.  While it is not required, employees are encouraged to hold personal membership in professional
             organizations and associations at local, state or national levels and may be given time off to
             attend meetings and to participate in their professional activities.
