                                         COMMITMENT TO DISTRICTS (POLICY)

     1.  The college shall commit itself to offer in each district continuing education courses including job or
         vocational training, physical education, traditional crafts, and course of personal and community
         interest.

     2.  The Board of Trustees membership shall be representative of the communities of the Pine Ridge
         Reservation to ensure a long-standing commitment to the districts.
