                                             ACCEPTABLE USE (POLICY)

     The acceptable use form attached shall be included in the Student Handbook and in the Faculty-Staff Handbook.

     Registration forms shall include the following statement:

       "I have received a copy of the Student Handbook.  I agree to read this Handbook and to abide by its
       provisions,"

     followed by a place for a signature.  This signature will be required for the registration form to be
     considered complete.
