2012 February to May

• First draft of self-study document completed - February 29, 1012
• Final version of self-study criteria approved by HLC Board of Trustees (February)
• HLC Annual Meeting and Workshop on Self-Study - March 30 to April 3, 2012
• Revision of first draft of self-study completed
• Editor compiles self-study chapters into draft report

2012 June to September

• Draft report of the self-study circulated for reactions and comments
• Revisions to draft self-study made and report finalized

2012 October to December

• Self-Study report presented to the OLC Board of Trustees
• Further revisions as necessary
• Evidence materials collected and assembled

2013 January to May

• Self-Study Report and supporting materials sent to HLC visiting team
• Resource room prepared for visit
• Comprehensive visit from May 6 to 8, 2013
